Our Vanilla extracts are made by macerating chopped vanilla beans with 40 % Vodka alcohol. As our vanilla is naturally sweet, we do not use additional sweeteners.

Vanilla extracts made with premium vanilla beans and little to no sugar offer a fresh clean flavor to cuisine. Their flavor is much better and it carries well to the finished product. Vanilla extracts age well. Our extracts takes at least a year to make. Vanilla extracts continue to develop body and depth for about two years, at which time they stabilize.
